A magic Christmas happened one night unexpectedly for a man
Well I had just put all the kids to bed and went to bathroom to brush my teeth and get ready to go to bed myself .
It was Christmas Eve night and outside the window the snow started to fall . I heard a thud on the roof outside .
Looking in the bathroom mirror I couldn’t believe my eyes .
I looked once , I looked again . What a wonderful sight I saw , it was me as a young child again .
I heard music playing outside in the street and rushed outside to see what was going on .
Down from the sky tinsel was falling down .
Polar bears were sliding down from the rooftops .
doing somersaults as they landed on their feet .
Then they began running after these funny
little penguins who were looking for places to hide . Santa’s sleigh landed here on a flight and from every garden path these little people came running and jumping welcoming Santa’s arrival .
The Christmas spirit was alive and everywhere christmas lights began to shimmer and glow .
People came out from their front doors greeting one another . They were as friendly as could be .
Little people had taken over the town .There they were playing fiddles and telling riddles and dancing jigs and playing games .
There was magic in the air and Christmas was everywhere .
Little one’s near and dear opened up windows in all the houses and laughed and cheered .
A Christmas came to visit parade and they joined hands and made their Christmas wishes
for everyone
Christmas was here ,
the one we always dreamt of and it had come true .
What a feeling it was to be there with all the crowd . What a wonderful Christmas it was .
Even the snowmen were laughing and shouting for joy .
“See how thick it lies “
Said one , followed by another
“Look at my new winter coat “�
Snow has covered all the streets and the everything looked pretty much the same everywhere .
The music on the streets was being played by these little people with harps and fiddles , accordions and pipes .
Those who weren’t playing instruments were singing Christmas carols and I was thinking I’m not going to be the one left out so I ran over to join in the singing and sang all the songs I knew .
Santa got out from his sleigh and carried sacks of toys inside every house in the street . When exhausted these little people started running around with jingle bells on their shoes making lots of noise . The sun came up and I saw my beautiful wife calling me .
“Are you ok ?”
“I’m fine . Why what’s the matter “
The bathroom shelf collapsed and hit you on the head . I heard the crash and came by i see what it was and found you lying unconscious on the bathroom floor .
“Glory be , I’ve woken up . Sure I was having a wonderful dream .”
“Come on , time to get to get to bed . Before you know it the children will be up screaming to see what toys Santa left “
I just have quick look at the kids in beds then closed their bedroom door before going to bed .
