Socrates said that the honest is 729 times happier than the tyrant. My mission, to make working class protagonist of a much more beautiful History.

 Hospital V

You can believe it or not, Santiago, but the case is that I had unconsciously put my hands on the borders of the bed and I had closed down my eyes and had waited. The physiologist should be coming soon and I closed down my eyes again. Suddenly someone took my hand on the bed’s border and put it on my breast, I opened my eyes and in seeing her, I couldn’t avoid saying I’m sorry. It was a moment of embarrassment. She was serious, and started to work my elbow at once.

Do you know what the team of neurologists and my colleagues of Psychiatry say? What?, I asked. They don’t believe they were nurses, but auxiliaries, if what you tell is true . Don’t you think it’s not true , I’ve never lied to you. Well, he said, I know it could have happened but you shouldn’t have told them. Well, Leopoldo, it’s OK. The best is to put an end to the affair. They were nurses or they were auxiliaries, we shall not investigate who they were. What about the beautiful Humanist?, Santiago asked. Bah! She looks at me while doing writing and winks an eye at me. Does she? She has twice already winked an eye at me. We laughed again.

So, I said, Humanists, librarians and the ones that read much, now nurses and auxiliaries. I’m sure that all them wish and long a pure love, that’s why I say that when they fall in love they deliver body and soul.

What about psychiatrists?, asked to me Santiago with a nice smile. You know more than me about it. Not knowing much, it’s my opinion only, the psychiatrits fuck well always or they know how to fuck well always. Tell me, if not. What do you believe?, I said.

I shouldn’t respond for respect to companions of profession…, but yes, it is like you say, said Santiago laughing openly.

Well…, Santiago said, you are leaving today. I hope to meet you again and hear good news from you, I mean to hear you are better and you are doing well. I said I needed not to have been taken to the psychiatric unit. I said that he had to admit that the revolutionary was I, that something is not right in saying hospital instead of Psychiatry unit. What you have told me already would not be taken like I do by other psychiatrics, he said. I know, I said, but in my view, clear it is, knowing very well what really happened, you will understand why I think some people are true insects. He said that then all the colleagues of his team were envious and true insects. Yes, I said, they know that voracious worms pretend the world to be ruled under the Capital’s rod. They are conscious of the Misery and Poverty in Spain and in many countries in the world. The working class should be involved in the attempts to clear out Capital from power. For many years workers contributed themselves accomplishing their duties thinking it was all they had to do.

Well, I said to Santiago standing up and stretching his hand. I must be going, to fetch my things in the room and to say goodbye to everyone. That new action you carried out will pass to History like a brilliant episode. The dummy king's father and twenty fascists treated like puppets by you has its merit. What you shouldn't have done was what happened later. That knife to have a steak in the house in front... He laughed in a good mood. I said: They arrested me for my boots. They were guarding the house and I was dressed almost elegant, but my boots betrayed me. The world would be much happier if everyone fucked up more and better. Sure I am too, he said. That’s what I wanted to say too, he said. The world would be like Paradise, I said and made a gesture with my hand and we said goodbye.

Hello,

I just finished reading your story and wanted to reach out. I've read many stories online, but yours had something special about it. The writing felt immersive, cinematic, and incredibly easy to visualize.

As a commissioned comic artist, I work on Webtoons, comics, character illustrations, and cover art. Your story has all the ingredients of a great visual project, and I would love the opportunity to discuss a possible comic adaptation with you.

If you're interested, feel free to contact me on Inst@gram (luna art soul).

Looking forward to hearing from you!

I love physiologists and physical therapists. They know what quads need.

When I went to the Mayo Clinic (Where Hollywood stars went for consultation) for a second opinion upon my neurosurgeon wishing to go back into my spinal cord and cause more damage to cure me, I was descended upon by psychiatrists. I left that day without going to the funny farm, so I guess I was all right.
