I wish that people would just learn to stop fighting and get along with each other. This senseless kllling and violence against people has GOT to stop!
I wish that the poor could get the help they so desperately need and not have to worry about things like having a home, food in their bellies, or having money to pay their bills on time. I wish the rich weren't so greedy or wouldn't complain about their not having enough money to live on. (I would like to see a rich person live on what a poor or middle class person lives on and see just how hard it really is; then they would know better to complain, and it may make them want to help out those who are struggling to make ends meet!)
I wish that the disabled people could be treated with compassion and dignity and respect and not be treated differently BECAUSE of their disabilities. I am disabled myself, and this is something I am always having to put up with, and it has gotten to be way PAST annoying! I wish that people would learn that we are people too, and that we deserve to be treated just like anyone else!
I wish more adults would learn to love and cherish their kids instead of treating them so badly. All too often I hear of kids being abandoned or abused, and how some kids are treated by their very own family members is absolutely APPALLING!!
I wish there were more families available for those kids who are in need of a family or a home.
I wish diseases like AIDS or SARS could be stopped and eradicated from our world, and I wish so many people didn't have to suffer.
I wish 9-1-1 didn't have to happen. The world was such a better place before that day, and too many innocent people suffered at the hands of those terrorists who don't know how to love or to BE loved. All they know is hate, and that is unfortunate. I really feel sorry for them at times....I also feel sorry for those people who live in those countries who support terrorism because they don't have a chance. I wish the Twin Towers still stood tall and proud in New York City, and I wish that my friend, Stephanie Green, didn't have to die in the way she did. (She died when the plane hit the one building. She died instantly.)
I wish that more dogs and cats could find a home. Too many kitties and dogs are left to roam free, and there are so many unwanted animals now, and it has gotten to become a problem. I wish I could adopt all the kitties in the world (but I know that is impossible to do; still, it IS a nice thought!).
I wish something could be done to help the homeless people in our world.
I wish people would stop treating people of other races so badly and learn to accept people of other races and try to help them instead of making them feel bad just because their skin color isn't the same!
I wish more people knew about Jesus Christ. Maybe if they did, maybe then there wouldn't be so many bad things happening in the world today. I also wish that we could pray whereever and whenever we wanted without somebody always making a big deal out of it. I also wish we could pray in school. That would come in handy, especially if we had to take a big test that day! I also wish more people could make more time and go to church.
