Success Story
I'm an internationally published poet now! In England my poem SISTERS is included in the Winter 2002 issue of Poetry Nottingham International and Konfluence Magazine is publishing my poem, Madingley Road this month. They are south of London in Middlesex. This poem has taken since 1979 to write -- not that I'm a slow writer. When I posted Madingley Road on my home page and received several good reviews, I was encouraged to forge ahead. See it today! Also nine poems will be featured in Newsletter Inago of Tucson in the summer 2004 issue in which I will be the featured poet. I'm so honored and excited! And that's not all! My first book was published in 2003. It's a collection of 44 poems.
This all happened after 30 years of not quite giving up, but persisting in spite of it all. It took a vision of what could be and then many late hours of hard work.
