College freshman Charlie Jackson is excited to leave high school behind and start his studies at Florida State University. He's not prepared, however, for the horror he faces his first week on campus.
Within minutes of moving into his dormitory room in Kennedy Village, Charlie notices a certain fraternity house on campus. While the other houses are bright and alive, this one, the house of The Dark Masters, is forbidding. With black bricks and black-painted windows, it seems almost full of death.
Late one night, as Charlie peers through binoculars at the house, he witnesses something he should have never seen-a coed being brutally attacked by one of the members, who is a vampire. The girl's dismembered, decapitated, and blood drained body is discovered the next day in the rural woods. She's the latest victim in a string of similar killings, and Charlie is certain he now knows the culprits.
Enlisting the help of his roommate, Frankie, and occult expert Professor Grimm, Charlie vows to eliminate the vampire clan. Charlie is outmatched however by these bloodthirsty creatures who are endowed with razor-sharp claws and superhuman speed. The vampires seem to be everywhere, and Charlie is soon to be astonished the depth of the conspiracy.
