Flaw of the Ring by Angela Lao
Ring was a student of a performance school in Guangzhou, China. She read a book ‘Do Remember Me’. Crystina was the authoress of that book and also Ring’s dancing teacher. She became friends with Ring then.
Ring and her classmate, Diaman were chosen to be the main dancers of a show. While practising, Diaman discovered that Ring loved a female and he got angry. He raped Ring. Crystina knew that and asked Diaman to leave that school. Ring scolded Crystina then because she thought Diaman was poor. Crystina got sick after days. Ring went to the hospital and visit her. Ring recognized herself loved Crystina. The students in the school said that Crystina died from the sickness. Ring wrote a book for her and published it.
Actually, Crystina was still alive! She read Ring’s novel and was touched. She then divorced with her husband, Lin. She gave a crystal ring to Ring and saying that she loved her. They fell in love and they got a villa called Crystal Ring.
Crystina went to U.S. to hold a book signing activity. She heard that there was artificial inseminate. She knew Ring loved children and she really wanted to have a baby with Ring. She was pregnant by that. Ring thought Crystina’s baby was Lin’s, so that she threw away her crystal ring and asked Crystina to go. Crystina spent a horrible life in a gangdom shop for months. After she escaped and got back to the villa, she discovered a note from Ring asking her to abort her baby. She really did. Unfortunately, Ring had been to Hong Kong and was going to marry Diaman. Crystina killed herself but she was saved by Lin. Ring knew the truth that Crystina’s baby wasn’t Lin’s.
Ring found back the crystal ring but the crystal lost. Finally, Ring and Crystina immigrated to U.S. and got marry. On their wedding, Lin also attended. He was still jealous with Ring. He put poison into Ring’s wine but the glasses were exchanged. Before Crystina died, she asked whether Ring loved her or not but Ring didn’t say those three words.
After more than a year, Ring discovered a book in a locked drawer that Crystina dedicated to her. In the last part, Crystina wrote, ‘She had never said “I love you” to me.’ Ring cried and continue the ending with finally saying, ‘I really love you, Crystina.’
