Lila loves to learn and play.
She totally enjoyed her pre-school days.
And now it was time to start anew,
With her first school bus trip
That would make it true.
Some kids’ Moms
Would bring them to school.
But, others',
Like Lila’s Mom,
Couldn’t make do.
And Lila’s Mom told her,
“I love you so much;
I know you are strong;
And won’t hold a grudge.”
Yet, on that morning,
After Lila stepped down
From her school bus ride,
She felt sad as she
Opened the classroom door,
And ALMOST began to cry.
