Rye and Claire Anderson own and operate Mad Dash Ambulance service. When the victim of a five car accident asks Rye for help he thinks nothing of the request, until he notices she hasn't any injuries. But when that same woman shows up in a porn movie shown at his bes friends bachelor party Rye rethinks her request.

            Jan and Crystal are childhood friends. Upon graduating from high school, they move to hollywood to break into acting. Tinsel town isn't all they imagined. When their money runs low, they answer a cattle call for a different kind of movie.

             Rye and Claire decide to find the woman from the accident, but in their search stumble onto a pornographic film company that covers for a black market ring trafficking in human organs.

              Jan is missing and it's up to Rye and Claire to rescue Crystal from organ harvesting and discover the fate of her best friend.
