Jesus didn't die, so that we would have to feel lonely and abandoned, during great trials but rather, He died to free us, so He could walk with us through these moments and help us to grow, so we could gain His strength...a strength that would allow us to become closer to God and further away from the clutches of evil. God didn't send His Only Son into the world to condemn us and make matters worse for us, but rather, He came, so even through moments of great difficulties, He could be there to lift us up and take us above the problem and give us a greater strength through Him.
