Fairy Princess Melina's most favorite thing is to fly.  Instead of practicing her fairy skills like her siblings, Fairy Melina uses her invisible powers as she flies to far away lands to watch all the little boys and girls laughing and playing.  She often wishes she could be like them.  Then one day, the Fairy Queen Grandmother announces that it is time for all her fairy grandchildren to start thinking about what they would do with their fairy skill.  Fairy Princess Melina could not think of anything special she could do with her skills but, she soon discovers that her job will be the most important job of all; being the tooth fairy!
