I really liked the book. Such a sweet tale of young hearts...couldn't put it down until I found out whether they were together. Frankly, the entire event could have been ficticious (without any historic event around which it was built). I love it. Write on girl!

Congratulations on having your book published. Shawn Fraser is the hero that all women want to fall for, even if he did have a potentially fatal character flaw. Brianna Lawrence, though timid and naive, bravely faces the world and all it offers. A winning combination. Don't we all strive to find our way in this world and sometimes find it's easier to hide, though much less satisfying. Bravo to those who help us choose the right path. Your early 19th century setting of turbulent Charlestown, MA and the charming Nova Scotia coast were nicely played. I look forward to reading more of your work and watching you grow as an author.

Here is a story with emotional intensity so strongly shouted that the reader will fall quickly into the painful reality of a young couple’s needs . . . and desires . . . and dreams. The conflicts are hard and burning. The emotions are tender and scandalous. The characters are fresh and real. There is a secret within these walls that you won’t want to miss!

Sounds rather intriguing. Temptations seem to run amok at the Convent, leaving this reader wanting to turn more pages.
When Miranda Nolan inherits a house she soon discovers a need to solve the mysteries surrounding the late owner along with resolving the strong attraction she feels for a co-claimant who lost his hearing and faces a world of silence.
