In this final sequel, Junior and his family have been invited by Gerald Roberts, a friend from their campsite, for a trip to the Florida Keys. Junior learns what it means to fear height as he takes his first plane ride. Then later Junior encounters what becoming seasick means as he and his family have a deep sea fishing trip. The laughter never ceases when Junior and Marbles, his pet dachshund are teamed together.
Excerpt
With our car unloaded, Junior was now putting away his prize fishing equipment, while I prepared us a sandwich. Junior ate quickly, then went to his toys to get his cowboy play set, carrying it with him outside as he called Marbles to join him. He came back in to get two large red bandanas he used when he and Marbles played cowboys and Indians. Not thinking anything of it, I took our laundry and started putting them in the washer. After I started the washer, I looked outside to see what Junior was doing. He had taken one of the bandanas and tied it around Marbles neck, while he took the other and tied it over his own nose, then around his neck, making him appear as a thief. Then he took Marbles over beside the outdoor storage building we had, and crouched down as though he were waiting on a train to rob.
I resumed my house work, a few moments passing, then started polishing our furniture. Now starting on the coffee table, I was startled beyond reason, as I heard three almost simultaneous screams from outside. I ran to the door to see what was happening, only to see Marbles running towards the house with his tail clamped tightly, and our neighbors cat squalling and running under the car.
“That’ll teaches both of ya, Marbles you is a back ’tabber, and cat you needs to ’tay at home!” Junior was yelling.
