Matthew is at it again. This time there are some new furrballs in their Kindergarten classroom. The furrballs are able to escape their cage, but can Matthew escape telling the truth? When is the right time to tell the truth? Find out in this funny adventure.
EXCERPT
“Matthew, what’s stuck?”
“My nose,” I said stuffy-like.
“Oh, my!” she said. Then, she turned to the other kids and said, “Class, please start working on your coloring papers.”
“Matthew, how on earth did you do this?” she asked opening the cage and putting her hand in.
“I was just trying to see that gray furrball better,” I said looking at her with one eyebulb. The other one only saw a black stick.
“Okay. I’m going to squeeze and push your nose out from the inside. And, I want you to take a deep breath and pull. Ready now?” she asked.
I shook my head, ‘yes’. But, you know what? It hurted to do that. So, I stopped shaking real fast.
“Okay, go!” she said pinching my nose.
I knew if my nose fell off this time, Mrs. Holbrook would have it instead of those silly furrballs. So, I pulled real hard. And, you know what? It popped right out of there. And, it even stayed on my face!
