The present state of humanity and the world around us renders obligatory the urgency for humanity to develop beyond the level we were at in the 20th century, to the establishment of new paths for the 21st century.
Failure in this respect will plunge humanity into the greatest frustration and perplexity humanity has ever experienced.
This book is written as a scientific manual of the 21st century, to expose humanity to the laws, concepts, theories and hypotheses of the 21st century, so as to break the deadlock of the 20th century on the mentality of humanity in the 21st century.
I pray that humanity will find illumination, motivation, preparation, activation, challenge and transformation from this research work.

Humanity has always suffered untold disasters each time she fails to progress with time.
With respect to Albert Einstein, the problems humanity has created cannot be solved at the same level we were at in the 20th century.

LEADERSHIP DECADE
The first decade of every century is the leadership decade of that century, when the laws, concepts, theories and hypotheses which have to govern the nature, behaviour and operational dynamics of that century have to be expounded.
This is the reason why every new century comes with so much pressures in its first decade. These pressures are intended to awake humanity from the slumber and celebrations of past glories and victories, to the expounding of new thoughts for the new century.
Any generation in a millennium which fails in it’s first decade to expound on the laws, concepts, theories and hypotheses which have to govern its operational dynamics must experience degeneration.
The 20th century experienced instability for almost half the century before humanity awoke to the light which gave the world breakthroughs in some domains.
If the 21st century which has already begun with increase in diseases, famine, natural disasters, terrorism, etc will not be the worst century humanity has ever experienced, we must wake up to our leadership responsibility in this first decade.
We must make the discoveries which will preserve us and bring us recovery. The time is now.
LEADERSHIP
Leadership is imperative for direction. Where there is no leadership influence, humanity is forced to grope in darkness.
Leadership is the only option for progress.
Humanity has always been trapped in the thicket of mediocrity and stagnation when there is a void in leadership.
Leadership in every century is attributed to the 1st decade of that century. The men and women of a century must work to establish in the 1st decade, the paths life has to go in the future.
They have to be pioneers, pathfinders, roadmakers, pacesetters, etc for those in the future, which implies, their lives have to be an inspiration throughout that century.
The 21st century is here and we are five years old in the first decade. It is necessary for humanity to abandon her passivity and complacency. It’s time we stopped toying with the future. What is required in this decade is a new approach, which will lead us into total concentration on positive and quality knowledge for illumination, resulting to new insight on the laws, concepts, theories and hypotheses which have to govern this century.
If we will not risk the future, our excess pleasure has to give way to quality thinking and sober reflection. We need quality inspiration for illumination as to what humanity needs in this century.
Leadership is not a privilege but a responsibility. The leadership responsibility of this decade calls for quality and positive revolutionaries, evolutionists, reformers and independent thinkers.
Individuals who will break new grounds, champion new ideas, open up new frontiers to take humanity forward.
May you as an individual reading this book, devote your life for quality and positive contribution as we progress in this decade and century.
