Sheriff Jesse Ortega lands in HIlton Head, SC and decides this is where he

might stay. Only to find that while exerising on the beach to get in shape,

and finally feeling good about himself and meeting beautiful women,

someone is out to get him when rifle shots pierce the air around his head

while out doing a run. 

Is he destined to die now just after he had begun to enjoy this new life he

has carved out for himself
