In 1938 a secret and illegal nightclub opened for the Hollywood elite. It was a place where actors relaxed without fear of publicity; a place where studio bosses negotiated million dollar deals and careers were made or broken. It was also a place were secrets were traded as currency - tools used to control the lives ov spoiled movie stars and zealous studio personnel.
The guardian of these secrets is the bar manager, Thomas Moseley. When the club manager is brutally murdered, Moseley has to run the nightclub and protect the clientele from the killer.
