A short story collection of stories about women from all walks of life, offering a glimpse of a most often hidden quality--the art of revenge.
Pink Poodle Pie offers, via humor, angst, and that get-even quality women seem to be born with, a glimpse into the workings of the heart and devious mind of ordinary females when they are "done wrong." These nineteen stories stitch a quilt of fun and mayhem that prove the inner strength of women, and the willingness, capability, and joy to seek revenge.

"My God, girl, did you kill the sheriff?" Aunt Jewel moves closer, her voice piercing my already pounding head.
I shake my head. "Not that I didn't try. I...I think he had a heart attack."
Her voice is demanding, "How can you know that?"
"I was chasin' him around the patrol car and he suddenly called out for help. He was clutchin' his chest. Then he slid down next to the car door. I waited, thinkin' it was some trick, but he didn't move. I got closer to him. I called his name and he didn't answer. I shook him and he didn't stir. When I leaned my ear against his mouth and didn't feel any breathin', I hightailed it out of there."
"Did you come straight home?" She didn't insult me with the idea I should have called for help.
"It took me less than five minutes to get back to my car. I din't worry about breakin' speed limits gettin' home."
"We may have time. Go!"
