Kelly, a gorgeous actress almost outs Tomás while he's on assignment. But neither of them can fight their growing attraction to each other. Both are free spirits. Have they finally met their match?

Kelly, Raul, and Jared are making another movie together--this time in Colombia. Tomás is there, posing as a tutor, while trying to find the evidence to bust the drug lord who owns the mansion next door to the one they're filming in. Kelly can't figure out why his vibe doesn't say tutor to her--until she figures out his secret. And he has no idea why she's so quick to figure him out, until he learns about her ex-CIA mom, and ex-KGB step-father. They can't fight their growing attraction to each other. Will it get them both killed? Or can they find their way to a happily-ever-after, once they have no more secrets from each other?

Excerpt

He was multi-tasking, brooding while keeping an eye on the children. They were enjoying being done with classes for the week, on a hot Saturday afternoon. They were in the shallow end of the pool, playing water-volleyball. A change in nearby air currents made him suddenly alert to the possibility of danger. Pounding feet ran by him, and a body hurled itself into the deep end of the pool with a wild yell.
"Told you!" The voice of Raul Roderick rang out, filled with triumph. "Told you I'd get into the water faster than you."
He heard a loud raspberry from the same direction the body had come from, and turned his head. Then stopped breathing.
Kelly was strolling up to the pool slowly, wearing a bikini that barely provided any kind of coverage.
He felt all of the blood leave his brain. Thoughts were left unfinished, as his system went into predator-mode watching her walk. ¡Díos mio! Has she no sense of decorum in front of the children? And would anyone notice if I bent her over that table she just dropped a towel onto? How long has it been since I got laid? I'm in pain. Thank God I didn't wear my Speedo this time. He shifted around on the beach chair, trying to discretely pull more fabric from his swim trunks up, to cover up his growing erection.
She waved over at him. "Hey there, Felipe. Perfect day for a swim, right? We're finally done for the day." She was poetry-in-motion as she sashayed over to the diving board, climbed onto it, then made a graceful swan dive into the pool.
Raul says she knows what effect she has on men. She's going to pay for this tonight. Oh yeah. She's going to have to answer for doing this to me in front of the children. He stared at her as she swam a couple of laps back and forth, showing perfect form in the various strokes she was doing. I know what stroke I want to see you do, honey.
His attention was drawn back to the children when he heard the nine-year-old Perla yelling at her twelve-year-old brother. "Luis! Pay attention. We're not going to win unless you watch where the ball is coming from." Luis was standing still, staring at Kelly with fascination. His younger brother, ten-year-old Carlos, was also watching her swim.
Tomás smiled. Yes, boys. Those feelings might be new to you now. But just wait. You're going to spend years trying to learn to control them. It's not my place to teach you how. Besides, how can I possibly do that, when all I can think of is what I want to do to her--right here--right now? If the water was colder, I would jump in to shock my cock into relaxing. But it's as warm as bath water. Getting my suit wet would just make it more obvious how hard I am. Better to just keep sitting here, and wait for it to subside enough for me to get up and walk.
Kelly swam over to rest her arms on the side of the pool, so she could talk to him. "So Felipe, are we still on for tonight?"
He blinked, temporarily too stunned to make words come out of his mouth. Yeah, I'll be on you. Then you'll be on me. He coughed to clear his throat. "Um, yeah. I've already figured out what bars we'll hit after we have dinner. What time do you think you'll be ready to go?"
She shrugged. "I don't know. It's after two now. Should we head out about six?" She pulled herself up out of the water.
Tomás was unable to look away as the water cascaded down her body, with her breasts threatening to escape the tiny fabric pieces that imprisoned them. Her nipples poked insistently at the wet suit, encouraging him to stare at them. And the weight of the wet material made the bottom of her suit dip slightly lower, giving him a quick glimpse of trimmed, dark blonde hair, before she pulled it back up. She reached for the towel she'd dropped on the nearby table and began to dry off.
When she sat on the chair next to the table, she had a small smile on her lips. She spoke quietly. "So, do you like what you see?"
He stared at her, unable to make coherent words come out. He nodded.
She smiled. "Then tonight is going to be a great night. I've been working way too hard, and I think you have also. We both need some R and R. We work hard. Time for us to play hard, too. Don't you agree?"
He wasn't sure if he imagined it, but her glance seemed to linger on his lap as she spoke. And he hadn't missed her repeated use of the word hard. Get it together, man. You're not an inexperienced boy. Let her know you're in charge of yourself.
"How should I dress for tonight? Are the places we're going to casual enough for jeans? Or should I wear a dress?"
He was grateful for something else to think about, to direct his thoughts away from the positions he was imagining would be first when he had sex with her. "Uh--they are casual, yes. But we're in a Hispanic country, where machismo rules. I think a dress might be a better choice. Nothing fancy, but it would make you appear more feminine, and less of a challenge to the sensibilities of the locals."
She nodded. "Fine. I brought a few with me, just in case. And since you're so tall, it won't matter if I wear high heels."
"As long as you can dance in them, they'll be fine."
She grinned. "I'm surprised you want to take me dancing, since you've seen me doing it already. I'm kind of rhythm-impaired. I can feel the beat, but somehow that doesn't translate to me being able to move to it well. It doesn't matter what kind of shoes I wear. I really can't dance. But I do enjoy trying."
"The right partner can make anyone look good," he remarked casually, as the sudden increase in noise let him know the volleyball game had resumed in the pool, now that Kelly wasn't distracting the older boys anymore.
"I'll hold you to that, señor. But right now, I'm starved. I'm going to head over there and grab some food. Do you want anything?"
He looked into her eyes and saw the challenge in them. Oh yeah. I want. And I'm going to get. "No. I've already eaten. And it looks like it's time for the nanny to take the younger kids in for their naps. That means I'll need to wrestle the older ones out of the pool. They need to get changed and do some homework before their free time. I don't need to supervise them once they're inside. But I think I'll try to take a quick nap, so I'm up for our evening."
Kelly's lips twitched in amusement at his double entendre. "Good idea. Way to recharge our batteries before we go out. Escape the intense heat of the afternoon with a nap, then we can enjoy the cool of the evening--all night, right?"
He nodded, watching as she turned to head over to the buffet to get her lunch. Her ass is poetry-in-motion. The sun makes her hair shine like there's gold in it. And I swear she's putting extra swing into her hips, just for me. Oh, yeah, baby. We're going to have a really good time tonight.

Professional Reviews

Smashwords Reader Alec-5 stars!
"No More Secrets" is the delightful fourth chapter to Ms. McGier's Minnesota Romances, centered around the bubbly, smart, hilarious A-list actress Kelly Ann Sheridan, who made her first appearance in the first book and sparked as a main character all through the third. It also plays double-duty as sequel to Ms. McGier's 'Female Secret Agents' series, since the man of Kelly's dreams is hunky Hispanic spy Tomas Escobedo from "Undercover Lovers". As a sequel to both series, Ms. McGier does a great job of weaving in characters and locations from the previous books, but you could definitely just jump in at this one and have an amazing time. The story is so much fun! Tomas is a little older, a little wiser, but just as horny as he was in "Undercover Lovers". While on an assignment in South America, he finally meets his match in Kelly, and they have to juggle getting his job done under increasingly tense circumstances, falling in love with each other, and having crazy wild sex! This book hums with energy, and carries you giggling with excitement from intensity to comedy to hot sex to emotion and back around again in a short, tightly-written erotic romance by an author who knows exactly what she's doing. Highly recommended!
