The author is a 41 year lung cancer survivor who was given 6 months to live at diagnosis by traditional medicine. He subsequently choose to use all alternative natural holistic interventions, In this book he discusses the interventions he used to overcome lung cancer and what he has used since to prevent recurrencxe. Now at age 83 he not only overcome lung cancer but using those interventions has remained free of chronic illnesses and prescribed medications  (average for a 75 year old is 3 chronic illnesses and 5 prescribed medications).   His goal for the book is to help others obtain results similar to his.
