From a Child's Perception is quiet simply, adult life seen thru the eyes of innocence and I ask every adult with a child in their life to experience a child's perception of adult life thru my experiences.
Common misinterpretations of adult intent can shatter an inexperienced heart and poison a young mind to the positive things life has to offer. I've vividly revisited my past to support a philosophy of how this is happening to our young today, also without detection, and I'm sharing my story because even love can be misinterpreted in a child's innocence of thought and naive perception of our adult world
and our adult responsibitlies.
I also share personal experiences with Attention Deficit Disorder, and/or Hyperactivity Disorder, and Childhood Depression to promote additional understanding of these anxiety producing medical issues. These disorders bring their disorder into our family, into school and social settings, and virtually every area of our lives, yet relatively few adults truly understand the chaos they bring into a child's life and their potential harmful effects on a child's mental and emotional development.
Adults with these disorders will also find helpful information.
It was everyday issues the adults in my life didn't think about that caused the chaos in my life and I don't want any child or parent to lose the opportunity of a lifetime because positive information hasn't been shared. I want every child to have the opportunity to experience a childhood built around a true understanding of their black and white innocence and From a Child's Perception is life seen through their eyes!
My journey has something of value to offer almost everyone in the way of positive food for thought for a friendlier family atmosphere.

The words of the adult world can be harsh and when it comes to words, most of the adult world lives a double standard. We tell our kids that sticks and stones may break our bones, but words will never hurt us, but let me ask you...How bogus is this?
The truth is...words do hurt, and they hurt a child much quicker and deeper than they hurt us. We give our young this tired chiche' and expect it to make it all better, yet as adults, we debate and/or become offended by every politically incorrect statement some poor slob makes in the heat of the moment and/or tense situation. Careers are ruined and wars are waged over misspoken words.
When adults can't grasp words for what they really are...someone else's opinions...how can we possibly expect children to comprehend them for any value or lack thereof?
The experience of a young adult trying to figure out what they want to do for employment or education can be overwhelming. My book will give them insight to what it means to be a carpenter. And the progress unions have made in discrimination.
