Suzy Bean is a woman who lives in the moment and doesn't mind her overabundant curves. The man she secretly loves, JC Mosino, is the only one who can make her untamed sexual fantasies a reality. JC gave Suzy a huge grin that made her stomach clench. He had one dimple that always made an appearance on the edge of his cheek where she wanted to lick it slowly, like she did that night—
"I miss you, too." JC release Suzy’s hand and placed an arm behind her head. He began to massage her neck.
Suzy couldn't stop her eyes from flickering shut, and she bowed her head. "That feels so nice. I'm so stressed lately," she whispered.
She heard JC shuffle in his seat as he pressed down on a tight neck muscle. Suzy tensed, and without even thinking, grabbed hold of his knee.
"You like how I touch you, baby?"
Suzy nodded. She slowly opened her eyes. "You know I do. But I think we should talk about—"
Her yelp was muffled as JC covered her mouth with his own.
Suzy blinked and tried to pull away from his kiss, but he held onto the back of her neck. The way his tongue lapped over her own made her whole body throb. She knew it was so wrong to do this with so many unresolved things between them, but she was hot, horny and needed to get off.
"I'll get you off," JC mumbled against her mouth and cupped her head to give her deeper kisses.

A delicious read, perfect for some Friday night indulging! 'The Claiming Of Suzy' is filled to the brim with lovable characters, interesting storyline, and all the driver-seat sexcapades you could ever want.

Book Wenches
The Claiming of Suzy is a pleasurable adventure that will take the reader on one hell of a ride. I was immediately drawn into the story, and it held my rapt attention throughout. The story is fast-paced with high emotions and the perfect amount of conflict. I felt invested in the characters as well as the story, and I felt as if I could easily identify with Suzy therefore making the story even more entertaining.
A story that can hold my attention and keep the sexual encounters exciting rates high in my estimation, and The Claiming of Suzy does this spectacularly. Many times these days I find myself skipping over the sex in books because it all seems the same. Not so, with this book. Ms. Grant has quite the ability to turn the heat on full force.
I especially enjoy a heroine that isn't stick thin and perfect, so Suzy fit my idea of a realistic character that I can understand and believe. Her emotional upheavals take the reader on a roller coaster ride right along with her.
Conflict, emotions, sexy men, and superb sex make this a story that shouldn't be missed. I thoroughly enjoy a well-rounded story with intense characters, and this fit the bill perfectly. I didn't want it to end.
Ms. Grant tells an exceptional story, and her characters are above par. I can't wait to find more by this talented author to add to my “to be read” pile.
Swept Away Again
There's possibly a million things to love about The Claiming of Suzy, it's a short, quick, addictive read.
After reading other people's reviews I was prepared for Suzy to annoy me but she really didn't. In For the Love of Mollie, in which Suzy first appears, she comes across as a confident, fun woman with a quick wit who always has a sharp come back and in The Claiming of Suzy she is still the same person but like every woman out there, she battles from time to time with low body confidence issues. JC of course doesn't help and does a typical man thing and speaks before thinking. Although what JC says to Suzy is meant in a positive and innocent light Suzy can't help but take what he says in a negative fashion and over-reacts (slightly) like I imagine every other woman has done in her life at least once!
Actually after finishing The Claiming of Suzy I was quite suprised with myself at how much JC had annoyed me and how much I (sort of) was rooting for Xavier to win Suzy over (even though I already knew he wouldn't win!) with his charming and sexy ways. But sadly he didn't and now I have to wait til sometime next year for Xavier to get his own HEA!
It was really great to see more of Mollie and Conner in this book too! I'm glad they're still going strong together. I really enjoyed that The Claiming of Suzy was also set around the Halloween period, as I read it just before Halloween and it just added that extra something for me!
Overall I really liked The Claiming of Suzy and would happily recommend this book to everyone! I'm really enjoying reading KT Grant's books, I'm enjoying her writing style and am waiting patiently (not really) for her next book The Christmas Fantasy which is meant to be out soon!
