It's a supernatural thriller of the bond that exists between twins Chad and Brandon Rose. In this case, the bond extends beyond the grave - allowing the remaining twin to bring his murdered counterpart back - despite himself languishing in a coma, but we soon discover that the Rose twins are hiding a dark secret prior to their attempted murder. The concept of time travel is explored and it also touches on the vampire genre rather beautifully, although an entirely different concept emerges here. The publishers referred to it as strikingly original, it's brutal and returns us to the age old and fabled 'Grim Reaper.'
