This an adventure of a thumbsucking boy and his blanky who travel the country and parts of the world by taking a nap on his momma's warm lap. Recipes from various cities and countries are delicious and priceless. Good fun!

Did I have fun on the Thumbsucker's Cooking Tour with Tristan and Blanky. I really did! I am well traveled, in fact I've traveled to places that are not even on the map, but I've never had such adventure as I had with the thumbsuckers. Maybe it's because I am a former thumbsucker, but it's also because traveling with someone named Tristan takes you to exotic places and shows you exotic, but fun ways to cook. I was just as relieved to get to a hotel after having traveled with these thumbsuckers to places like New York, Mississippi, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Indiana that I ordered room service
just like they did and slept in for a couple of days. Then we all embarked to Agra of all places and saw the Taj Mahal and ate chickpeas and kabobs. "In France we ate brie sandwiches and in Switzerland we even had vanilla scrambled eggs and chocolate pancakes'. Exquisite fun! All this North American and world touring is done while sucking your thumb and wearing dark glasses.This book is entertaining for all ages. You certainly will get your money's worth.Great for Christmas. Hours of fun adventure in this book.
