This is my book called millennimum
Written to help mums and mums to be deal with pregnancy, labour, breastfeeding and looking After their new arrival.
It has lots of natural alternatives such as home births with no pain relief and breast is best
This book is not to preach but to let every parent to make their own choices of how to do things.
As I believe that every parent should do things how they choose to I.e breast, bottle,home,hospital ECt
I have had 6 children all home births with no pain relief, all breast fed and all home educated.
My book is called millennimum as I was only 16 when I fell pregnant in the year 2000 on our first baby and now in 2010 I am still breast feeding our 6th.
Also in my book there are chapters on how not to have a frumpy pregnancy, a part for the young mum and a chapter on my own stretch Mark oil that I made 10 years ago and have used it throughout all of my pregnancies and came out stretch Mark free.
it has lots of pampering ingredients such as all the omega fats and a ingredient called inca in chi which was used by the native americans.
I have a lot of natural creams and oils coming on to the Market which is all in the best interest of you and your little ones.
Millennimum has all my own photographs, tips and experiences throughout the book from one mum to another.
I may not be health professional but I am someone who's been their and done it all and would love to share and help you along your journey.
Millennimum is not like health professionals with lots of long words which we don't understand, it's simple and easy to understand.
People may have already seen me in the media I have been in the daily express newspaper, prima baby magazine and the real people magazine
i am due to go in baby hampshire magazine and baby surrey magazine in the next few months.
also back in to the prima baby magazine and also have been asked to do a documentry which involves two days filming at the end of the month
Also local magazine and papers as well.
This book is not just a fact book with ideas, tips and advice but a general real life story.
