This story tells about the lives of these women and their changes. They have laid asid their inhibitions and bared their souls to keep a promise made to one another twenty-five years earlie.

Just as she finished the last notes of the song, the doorbell rang. She jumped up and ran to the door. She had waited so long for this moment when she and her oldest and dearest friends would all be together, again.
When she reached the door her hands and knees were shaking so badly that she had to take a deep breath and compose herself. As she opened the door, there stood Genny, looking only a few years older than she did the last time they had seen each other, behind her ws Anne, carrying a cane and looking a bit frail, then Rita, Rosie couldn't believe her eyes. She had not seen Rita since they had left college. Rosie tried hard not to let her emotions get the best of her, but she couldn't help help it.
