This book reveals five things that your brain needs in order to overcome ADHD. With the help of these five brain boosters, you can train your brain and transform your life. Yes, you can conquer ADHD in 60 days, without Ritalin. It's a revolutionary brain training method that is safe, reliable, easy and effective. It's so easy, that you can do it while lying flat on your back, with your eyes closed. It's been described as the “lazy way to get rid of ADHD.” However, it's also a brain training method that's based in neurotherapy, and is supported by an impressive review of literature.

Perhaps your doctor has told you, "There is no cure for ADHD." That's simply not true. Your doctor may have suggested, “Take Ritalin, or you'll struggle with ADHD for the rest of your life.” That's not your only option!

Inside your brain is everything that you need to recover from ADHD. As you train and condition your brain, you will gradually feel a change taking place in your head. Your thoughts will become clearer. It will be easier to focus and concentrate for longer periods of time. You will remember what you’ve read. Your short term memory will also improve, making it easier to hold on to thoughts that race through your head. In no time, you’ll be better organized, more efficient and more productive.

In this book, you'll discover:

* Three ways that Ritalin stimulates and arouses the brain, and how you can get the same results without swallowing pills.

*  How to train your brain to restore its electro-chemical balance and produce a stable supply of neurotransmitters (such as dopamine and serotonin.)

* An audio-visual rhythm that has been clinically proven to reduce ADHD. It's used in brain training clinics through out the country, and may be the biggest breakthrough in noninvasive medicine in the last 50 years. Now you can practice and master this rhythm in the comfort of your own home, without ever stepping foot inside a clinic.

* Why your brain interprets ADHD as normal, and works to maintain bad habits like impulsivity, distraction and restless energy. Discover how you can interrupt your ADHD patterns, and create new neural pathways for peak performance.

As you read this book, you'll realize that you have every reason to be upbeat and optimistic about overcoming ADHD. It’s time to train your brain and transform your life!

Excerpt

"When the notion of re-training the brain was first discussed, traditional physicans bristled: You can't train the brain. We need a medication to speed it up or slow it down. Almost everything in medicine ultimately boils down to cutting something out or giving a pill-- The cut and poison track. In contrast to this, there is a wonderful concept in complementary medicine: Human potential. What are human beings ultimately capable of? Why can't humans learn to cure themselves by learning to unlock the secret of what is going on inside the body?" Robert W. Hill & Eduardo Castro (2002) from their book, "Getting Rid of Ritalin."

Professional Reviews

Psychologist gives thumbs up!
If you're looking for a natural, drug-free way to conquer your ADHD then this book is a gem! It's well-written, organized, provides the facts and lots of smart advice. The approach is different from what I advocated in my counseling practice, but I think that the ALERT brain training is a great idea for increasing a person's concentration, focus and retention. Perhaps it could be used in addition to counseling for maximum effectiveness.

Simple, easy to understand, and slightly entertaining
This is the finest book that I've come across that applies light and sound technology to ADHD. I've been utlizing light and sound machines for 25 years now, and am excited to see this technology being used to help children and adults conquer ADHD. It is a much better solution than drugs.

I'm a consultant to manufacturers, distributor of various light and sound machines and publisher of the AVS Journal. Over the years, I have sold hundreds of light and sound machines, and witnessed firsthand this technology's potential to train your brain and transform your life. This is no exaggeration! I have met people from all walks of life whose lives are changed by light and sound technology: Young and old, educated and uneducated, sick and well, the troubled and mentally stable. I like the way the book expalins this technology in a way that is simple, easy to understand, and slightly entertaining. I encourage everyone who has ADHD to read this book, and consider this all-natural, drug free, and life changing approach.
