In politics we see many people (the elite) wanting one world with no borders. Talking about the New World Order people immediately think "conspiracy theory!"
But today theory is quickly becoming fact. Take a look at the Islamic-run UN's Agenda 21, and try to keep your mind open for a serious look.
Jocelyn was introduced in Book 1 as a seven-year-old held by the Illuminati. Once rescued she was quickly adopted by Carter Banks (POV) who went on to train her to become the warrior she is in Book 4.
****
Seventeen-year-old Jocelyn has become leader of the North Dakota Militia. Her dear adopted Grandpa Carter was killed in the last battle. Chantal, her adopted mother, is very pregnant, and gives the job of leadership to Jocelyn.

The Retreat
Jocelyn held onto her Seal’s hand and allowed him to pull her through the trees toward the row of pickups waiting to take them…where? Where could they go now? Where would they be safe? The farm? North Dakota at all? The horde of inhumanity behind them would just keep coming—a dog! A German Shepherd dog, lying, bleeding…she pulled back on her hand.
SEAL Todd stopped and held onto her, “Josey, what are you doing? We have to go!”
“That dog….” She could barely see through the tears in her eyes. Besides seeing her grandpa die, she now saw only that German Shepherd dog, “We have to help that dog….”
“No!”
“Yes!” Suddenly she saw very well and jerked her hand free. She was beginning to think the world of Todd, but if he tried to stop her from getting that dog that would be the end of him! She went to the dog and tried to pick it up. It growled—or maybe whined. She pulled her hands back. She had thought she could just pick the dog up as if it were a teddy bear or something, but realized she might have hurt its wound, “Todd….”
That quickly Todd was there and took her arm, “Take my gun, Josey.” Then he carefully picked up the dog, turned, and nodded toward the pickup.
Eleven—still carrying his M-60 machine gun—was loading Dodie and some other women, “Take the women and go, Todd,” he said, “Sawyer and Chantal are in the cab. I’ll stay with those protecting our rear, we'll get the rest of our wounded, and we’ll join you as soon as possible!”
“Okay, Eleven, we’ll get to the farm and…we’ll see.” Todd carefully laid the dog in the back, helped Jocelyn in, then closed the end gate, crawled in himself, and again took possession of his gun.”
“Thank you, Todd.” Jocelyn stared at her man—at least the man she now thought was hers. She had never let any man step between herself and her adopted grandpa, but her grandpa was gone now, so now she could. She looked at her new dog. The dog was looking back. She saw pain in its eyes, and touched its hip, “It’s okay, boy…are you a boy? Or a girl?” She guessed it didn’t matter right then and leaned closer to the dog’s wound, and pulled the skin back over its body. The dog released a pained whine-growl—
The pickup began to move.
“Hang on, Josey.”
“Todd!” She instantly felt so angry, wasn’t even sure if she should even be angry for the reason, “You can’t call me ‘Josey!’”
“I’m sorry.” Todd looked at her, then sent his attention back to their rear.
“My grandpa called me ‘Josey,’ and Amber did—and they’re both dead!" She knew she was nearly screaming, "Killed by those bastards!”
“I’m sorry, Jocelyn.” Todd didn’t look at her.
She threw her hands to her face and began to cry. Her heart was just broken! For a solid minute she cried and cried, and cried, until Dodie came and took her into her arms, “We’re okay, Jocelyn, but cry if you want, cry for all of us.”
Jocelyn buried her face in her new sister’s front and held her tight until the sobs lessened, then at last she sat back, and felt better, “Thank you, Dodie, I guess I’m being a big baby.”
“No, Jocelyn, you loved our grandpa, maybe even more than me, so you’ve earned it to cry.”
Jocelyn gave Dodie another quick squeeze, then, “Todd, I’m sorry for yelling at you. Please don’t be mad at me—“ She sobbed again and took a couple shaky breaths.
“I’m not mad at you, Jocelyn.” He knelt slightly and squeezed her shoulder, and touched Dodie’s shoulder as he withdrew, “We’ve all been through hell today.”
The pickup began bouncing more as they negotiated onto the gravel road and speeded up. Todd stood and gave his attention to their rear but now mostly dust. There were maybe three pickups ahead of them and at least three more behind.
“Can you see them?” Dodie asked.
Todd shook his head.
Jocelyn finally noticed one of the women with them she didn’t even know, but she had a first aid kit, “May I see your kit?” she asked.
The woman handed it over. Jocelyn looked through it, found some antiseptic, pulled the dog’s wound back again, spread the antiseptic and a salve, then pulled the skin back and pressed it down, slightly, then placed a bandage and wrapped a strip of cloth in two different places. The dog looked at her through the whole process, but did not even whimper. At the end she moved closer and for the first time placed her hand on the side of the dog’s head.
For a split second the dog made a sound, and its tongue made a brief appearance, just long enough to lick her hand. It obviously appreciated her touch, and made her heart swell, “Feeling better, boy?” Very carefully, she lifted the dog’s leg, just enough to confirm it was a male. Then she placed her hand close to the dog’s mouth, and he again licked her hand.
“He trusts you, Jocelyn,” Todd said, “From now on he will give you unconditional love and he will protect you.”
“He will?”
“I was a member of a canine unit for two years before I joined the Seals. Once a dog knows you and trusts you, he will then protect you, right up unt—“
“Until what?” She felt her throat catch, “Tell me what, until death?”
“I worded that wrongly, Jocelyn.”
“Of course.” For several seconds she stared at the new man in her life. He was about the same size and build as her grandpa, maybe slightly shorter and lighter, with dark brown hair and the bluest eyes she could imagine. She remembered the recent kiss that happened after the many wedding vows. Would that kiss ever happen again?
She then moved closer to the dog, to where she could put her arm around its head. The dog’s ears fell as he accepted her nearness, and leaned against her.
She looked again at Todd. He stood hanging onto the pickup’s side, watching in all directions, protecting them. How many people’s lives had he saved during his time as a SEAL? And how many lives had he taken to save those other lives? His eyes met hers and he smiled. She smiled back, then used her other arm to hug the dog’s head. The dog whined, softly, barely a sound.
Those watching saw the bond close between the girl, the dog, and the man.

Jocelyn Rises
As the caravan of pickups entered the tree-lined lane to the farm, Jocelyn began getting to her feet. Todd offered his hand and she took it. She watched the leading pickups following the curve into the farmyard. Todd was just a foot away. She stepped that foot and slipped her arm around his waist. He placed his gun in his left hand, then slipped his right arm around her shoulders, and held her as tightly as he could given the situation they were in.
She leaned against him as closely as she could, and trusted him. He, same as her new dog, would now protect her. She had no doubt…I will always miss you and love you, Grandpa, and now I’m going to give Todd the love that I’ve always reserved just for you.
As the farmyard came into view, and the memory of always being safe there, returned, she tightened her grip on her SEAL, leaned back, and loosened another smile, which he returned.
The pickups made wide turns in order to be in two long lines, half facing the east driveway and half facing the north driveway. Carter had only recently made the change, so that if the farm itself were ever attacked again, they would have a getaway option. Given the most recent event, they just might soon need that quick getaway.
Their pickup stopped and the engine stopped. Shortly, everything was stopped. Todd jumped down, lowered the end gate, then helped Jocelyn, Dodie, and anyone else who needed it, down to the ground. Everybody kept facing the driveway because everyone knew there was still a lot of militia out there, and they didn’t know how close the wave of inhumanity was, or if they would keep coming. They knew nothing.
Jocelyn turned to Dodie. The girl was a year younger, but right then she looked younger still. Hard to believe just a few hours earlier the girl had viciously attacked her. But with good reason. Dodie had thought both her mom and her grandpa had been stolen from her, by her, and to arrive just before that battle. “Are you okay, Dodie?”
“I don’t know.” Dodie faced her.
Jocelyn held her arms out and Dodie stepped in, “Are you thinking about Eleven?” she asked barely aloud.
“Yes. I like him. All those years living on that island, with…nobody, and always wishing I could meet a good man.”
Jocelyn tightened her arms, “I think he is, Dodie. He’s had a hard road too, living with the Illuminati all those years, as a super soldier, but then you don’t know about that,” She patted Dodie’s back and gave her one more squeeze, then leaned back, “But I should let him tell you.”
“But I don’t even know if he likes me.”
“We’ll see.” Then she thought of her dog and glanced that way. He laid still, and still looking at her. He would have to go somewhere, to be comfortable and safe...people coming.
She released Dodie just as Chantal and Sawyer joined them.
Chantal was really showing her pregnancy, and looked really tired, “Jocelyn, you please take charge. Get everybody unloaded and the pickups unloaded of anything not needed. Get started installing toppers and more sideboards wherever we can…just please take charge, Jocelyn. You know what to do, and Sawyer and Todd will help you.”
Jocelyn glanced at the two men. They both smiled a bit and nodded.
“Okay,” Chantal said, “I’m heading in. I need to lie down.” She turned, and limped slightly.
Jocelyn just pointed and said, “Sawyer.”
He immediately went to his new bride, put his arm around her waist and they left for the house.
For a few seconds, Jocelyn just watched them, wondering what should happen next.
“You heard her, Jocelyn,” Todd said, “You’re in charge now. Tell us what you want done.”
She turned to Todd, “…I…?” She knew her face was showing a hundred question marks.
Todd stepped forward and put his hand on her upper arm and squeezed, “It’s okay, Jocelyn. I’ll get things started out here. You go talk to your mom—I'm sure she wants to tell you more—and don’t worry—and you might want to take a minute to change.” He nodded toward her dress and sent a huge smile.
She smiled back, waved, then hurried toward the house, then stopped and turned, "Todd, would you take our dog out to the barn—when you get time—and that old Collie dog would probably like some company—and I'll bring a blanket or something out later."
"I'll take care of it, Jocelyn."
Inside she went to the large room upstairs where she had lived with three other girls for the past ten years. The room, for a few seconds, seemed…foreign, like she no longer belonged there. She shook her head, then quickly changed back into jeans, immediately felt better, then headed to where she knew Chantal would be resting.
At the door she stopped. Sawyer sat by the bed. She knocked lightly. Sawyer looked up, saw her, then stood and kissed Chantal’s forehead and touched her cheek. Chantal touched his hand briefly. At the door he stopped, “She’s been expecting you.” Then he was gone.
Jocelyn stayed by the door. She had a feeling of what was coming, but felt grossly inadequate.
“Jocelyn.” Chantal lifted her head for a second, “Come sit with me, sweetie.”
She hurried to the bed and sat down, then reached and took Chantal’s hand.
“After Aunt Danni was killed, your grandpa first put me in charge, and then I asked him to take charge again, and he did, and now he’s gone, honey.” Chantal moved her other hand to cover and squeeze Jocelyn’s hand, “But he trained you. He not only told me he did, but I watched the two of you together, and such a relationship between a grandpa and a granddaughter…well, I think the two of you could train the rest of the world.” Chantal moved her hand, dropped it to her side, and seemed to weaken.
“Mom…!” She squeezed Chantal’s hand and put her hand on her face, “Mom, I need you, please, I can’t—“
“Yes, Jocelyn, you can. I’m now out-of-commission until this baby is born. You have Todd to help you, and Sawyer, and Eleven, and Axel—all good people—and you have Dodie, but you have to lead, Jocelyn, and I know you can, so look me in the eye and tell me you can, and then go out and do it.”
She released Chantal’s hand, straightened partway up, felt her face go totally sober, then reached and grasped both Chantal’s hands and held both with both of hers, “I will, Mom.” Then she released the hands, leaned down and took Chantal’s head into a gentle hug, “I love you.”
She straightened again.
Her mom’s face looked pained, but she spoke, “I love you too, sweetheart, more than you can possibly imagine. Now go, and be with your people.”

At the door leading out, Jocelyn stopped. Everybody outside appeared to be busy, and they would be. Everybody knew what to do. She felt her fists tighten, then she took a deep breath through her nose and let it out slowly, and felt her shoulders fall and then straighten again and felt better. One more breath and she opened the door and stepped out.
Nearly immediately the last pickups appeared in the driveway, Eleven standing tall behind the cab of the end one, and still holding his M-60 machine gun. Good, he was a big, strong man and she had already watched him firing it as well as the movie character, Rambo. She had watched that series of movies endlessly.
As the pickups moved to join the others in the lines she looked for Dodie, and saw her still by the pickup they had ridden in on. The young girl was looking intently toward Eleven. Such a strange name, yet it fit the man. She hoped he would soon give the attention to Dodie that she was obviously giving to him. If she could help, she would. After what Dodie went through, basically alone on that island, she needed someone to love her.
Everybody had mostly piled out of the new arrivals, and were clustering nearby. Now was as good a time as any to talk to them, and to explain that she was now in charge. Wow, just a kid and in charge of a militia, but Chantal had made the decision. She trusted her adopted mother so she had to take that trust and prove her right. It caused a little tightness in her seventeen-year-old stomach but it didn’t last.
About seventy people now stood waiting to meet their new leader. Would they just assume it was her? Had someone else already spread the word about what Chantal had said before she left to lie down? But at the time Chantal had not been specific. She only told her what to do for right then, and gave no indication it was permanent.
That little tightness in her stomach came back, but only for a few more seconds.
She tightened her fists, then relaxed them, and started toward the group.
