A coming of age adventure story. In the Morgan Mallory series, Ryan Walker's story.
Ryan Walker and his best buddies are hell bent on escaping their small upstate New York dairy-farming town. The four teenagers have big dreams. Dreams they can't imagine happening if they stay where they are. Talk is cheap however when it comes to actually leaving what they know.
Embark on Ryan's emotionally charged adventure, filled with betrayal, eccentric characters, interesting places, old and new friends, and love. Where thoughts of racing through cornfields haunt him and at the same time remind him to keep pushing forward.
Excerpt
Tracy moved closer to Ryan, snuggling up against him, then she put her hand on his leg. He could feel the electricity through his jeans, and it raced up his leg. Ryan looked into her face; the light from the moon cast a warm glow on her skin. She tipped her chin up slightly in a flirty manner, and he bent over to kiss her. Her lips were warm and soft; he kissed her gingerly, waiting for her response. Tracy wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him back, slipping her tongue into his mouth. Probing, rolling, her warm tongue sought his, making Ryan’s heart beat faster.
“Um,” she moaned.

Lots of sex-Amazon
Another coming of age story from Lisa Loomis. It's full of steamy sex and romance. Very entertaining and highly recommended.

Racing through Cornfields is exactly what Lisa described, an adventurous emotionally charged story. I loved all her characters and especially Ryan. I have read "Boy in a Band" and "Casanova Cowboy" both of which I also loved. "Racing Through Cornfields" is the prequel to "Casanova Cowboy" although you wouldn't have to read one to understand the other, but do!
WONDERFUL-Amazon
I started by reading Boy in a Band, that book was so emotional for me, remembering that book still preys on my heart and mind. The second book Casanova Cowboy was another emotionally charged story. I am so involved with the characters. Lisa brings the characters to life, you get the bad and good that goes a long with getting to know each person in this wonderfully written series. Racing Through Cornfields is the prequel to Casanova Cowboy and Boy In Band. I am happy that I read them in the order I did.
I can not mention enough how much these books touched me.
