My six year old son adores this story after only our first read and has immediately set to drawing his own Pipsy characters, no doubt inspired by the heart-warming illustrations.

The subject matter will also encourage beginner swimmers. My son has been quite nervous about swimming but now wants to learn to "twist and turn" in the water like Pipsy.

A wonderful book and a highly recommended gift.

A delightful story with excellent rhythm and rhyme. My 4 year old grandson loved it, as did my younger speech and drama students. I will be buying more of this author's work.
