Excerpt
Every man stood looking forward, steely eyed and unflinching; unaware that they were even being watched by him as he moved past them.
Then it came. In fact, the movement had been so calculatingly subtle, so fractional in time, that even Troy had nearly missed it.
The man’s eyes flitted towards the podium and with it came the full-brunt of his thought process which permeated Troy like a freight train at full speed. He knew at that instant how it was all going to happen.

Hidden Intervention
"Hidden Intervention" was the second book by Real Laplaine that I read. In a way, "Hidden Intervention" seems to me like a continuation of "Intrusion", with that difference that here ("Hidden I.") unfairly persecuted outlaw uncover a conspiracy, while in "Intrusion" that is done by classic action hero on his
police duty. Both books deal with the same theme - high conspiracy - and in the both books, Laplaine pushes main conspirators (rich and powerful villains) to the second plan, so the constant action and the accompanying love stories wouldn´t get lost on their dynamics. As a film and TV producer, I think that both books are great for
adaptations. "Intrusion" is probably better for the TV series (because of its length), but "Hidden Intervention" is, without a doubt, an excellent foundation for a brilliant, original, Hollywood-action movie with elements of science fiction.

Hidden Intervention
I absolutely loved it!
It was impossible for me to stop reading once I started and simply had to gulp it from beginning to end.
All I can say is: If You are the kind of reader who CAN step out of the box and consider interesting (however "different") alternatives to the "reality" which is constantly imposed on us by society in general, you are in for a hell of a ride! Fun, intelligent, entertaining, great use of the language, but most of all, intriguing.
This may be fiction, but Réal deals in fiction which is, unfortunately, TOO real, whether we want to see it or not.
I dare You to read this wonderful little novel, and extrapolate it to real life in our today's world!
THANK YOU REAL, I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE SECOND PART!!
