Rosemay kept repeating the words to make sure she passed on the right message to Ryan. It was supposedly one of those famous lines in classic books that he and Cassandra used to debate on.
Rosemary was not particularly concerned about repeating the words verbatim. It was a silly game betweey Ryan and Cassandra, but it was her way of distracting herself.
She tried to tell herself that there was no need to worry that her twenty month old son adored Cassandra. There was no need to be jealous. She would not think about it anymore.
