All of us are wonderful miracles, highly developed with great capabilities yet none of us seem to understand how this happens. It is in this search for the answers to these fundamental components and rules of our universe that leads us deeper and deeper into the insights of genesis. In doing so we are crossing the border to a world whose rules seem paradoxical at first view - the world of the quantum mechanic. Ironically their descriptions of life are in many parts equal to the millennia-old spiritual insights and thinking of the ancients. They contend that every single thing in the universe is connected to everything else in such a way that everything is aware of even the subtlest of changes and that the smallest particles are directly connected to everything without being affected by any universal distance. The boundary between energy and matter cannot be defined and it is the observer that creates reality in his agreements with another. The process of creation therefore depends upon an agreement. Using this concept from quantum reality matter and objects only become real at the time of observation and therefore cannot be determined beforehand. Objects are recognised as either “energy” or “solid matter”, “alive” or “dead” as in the example of Schrödinger's famous cat. These are viewpoints which seem to be rather strange to us in our seemingly 'solid' world of definite rules which make life logical and predictable for us. Nevertheless this new scientific knowledge has a direct influence on us in our daily lives. In quantum terms concepts exist like 'strangeness' 'unpredictability', 'altered time' processes, 'backward running time' and much more. 11 Every energy quantum or particle is aware of each other and each look we take produces an effect on the outcome. It is impossible to predict what will happen next, i.e. when specific particles appear or disappear in this universe and even time may flow backwards. So looking from the viewpoint of a Quantum scientist it is highly unlikely therefore that something formed in a highly specialised order like us could exist. This is indeed a strange look into the micro-cosmos that we live in, yet here we are in our human bodies, formed by a source we do not understand. A force that forms us in every millisecond of every day and keeps us together as individuals as long as we are living. How can we do this? What kind of thing keeps us alive? Why does it happen? Where is the link between quantum reality and ours? Why is a particle solid matter and energy at the same time? What is this awareness that we use to establish this world? To get these answers we have to take a look inside ourselves because it is only on the inside that we are the closest to our source. We cannot answer these questions only by looking at the outer universe. All answers are lying in us in that part of us, our soul, which gives us our body, personality and the ability to live and express with others thus creating our world together. Our soul that comes from that which is all. Where many voices are one without a border – We call it God. It is from this Godly source that all life begins forming individual shapes so that it can experience another “godly” part. Perhaps a soul forms pure energy, a plant, an animal, or a stone, or perhaps it forms a human being. As the old ones say: There is nothing in this universe without a soul, not even the smallest part and everything is connected. We form this universe together and with it experience duality i.e. the positive and negative, the light and the darkness, paradise and hell. 12 If we are searching for the answers to our questions on life then it is possible to find the energetic structures and materials that we are using to do the job. Its simple: If we know the parts involved then we may understand how everything fits together and If we learn how to use these parts in a simple way then we can become our own builder. To become your own builder, you will need to have a bit of curiosity, a good understanding and a great heart. If you recognise the tools that are needed for building a house then you can easily renovate or build anything from a cottage up to a cathedral. Every look you take into yourself gives you the chance to understand what’s going on and by doing this you are able to set free all of the energies that have become blocked inside your energy systems. It is just like charging a battery. With each step you take you will reach a higher level of understanding. This in turn helps you to realise more about yourself, your world and your universe so that you are able to extend your energetic reach. This will increase your physical abilities to live in this world. It is a really fulfilling experience. It is best to start with simple tools so that the work on your development can start. Later we will use more complex working situations and tools but first we are charging the battery. When you do this type of work you will gain more freedom inside. Simply because you learn how to look at yourself . You will find out how you fit into the outside world and start to understand how things are touching you and why you are resonating or acting in the way that you do. You will be able to find and de-activate automatic programs that control your behaviour and from this new state you will be able to free blocked energies simply because you understand where they come from. You don't need to fight to get what you want in this world. You only need to allow yourself some time, love and understanding. And when you are on your journey there will be wonders, beauty and a greater love than you can ever imagine. In this way you will be able to establish extended connections between yourself and the outside world which will become more for you. 13 Your abilities to live and be a part of the bigger network will grow and this will become really joyful and fulfilling. This is the pathway to enlightenment, where every power in this universe may touch you and you are free to decide how to deal with it. It follows the main principle of life that we create and share a universe together and in understanding these fundamental truths your life will become more balanced and will make more sense. All souls are equal and every soul starts its journey at the same point from the godly source and will return to it. You don't have to believe this because you can learn to touch these experiences for yourself. Then you will be free to decide if your new knowledge will become a part of your living reality. You don't have to struggle with religions as they all have valid viewpoints and explanations of this universe. It is only the question if they provide you with the tools necessary to understand and live life actively. The only way to understand yourself and the universe is to look inside yourself. So lets start this journey of understanding. This first section of the book is intended as a description of how we have developed our forms, reactions and learning experiences.

It contains so much information on who we are and what we are that this is truly a book for the new emerging conciousness of our planet and is a must for those people wishing to develop themselves and awaken their inner light

It really sums it up. A book as easy to read as a comic and as meaningful as a hole library. Its amazing how simple and yet effective the autor describes the function of the human energy systems and how to work with them in order for everyone to be able to work on their own and to start the way to personal freedom. Its great for beginners and still has a lot to offer for people who are already working in the field of human energy systems. I like the authors offer to write another book with even more detailed information of how to work with energy.
