Munitions expert and dedicated husband Tony "Flinch" Martin bounces from job to job in a failing attempt to make ends meet. Meanwhile, former prison buddy Emerson Brown has married a billionaire's daughter, but faces the consequences of an ill-advised prenuptial agreement as the marriage fails. As the two men become reacquainted, Brown makes Flinch an offer he cannot refuse: redeem his $300 million lottery ticket so his estranged wife cannot claim it, and he will share the prize.

Flinch soon learns there is much more to his friend's story than meets the eye, and is drawn into an unfamiliar world of seduction, greed and violence. He must risk his own life, as well as that of his friends and family, as he sidesteps the police while trying to outsmart those who would kill to get their hands on the winning ticket.
