Squirmy Wormy is a short rhythmic story of a baby squirming and wiggling through their daily activities. The short poetic paragraphs make the story flow in a song like fashion that will quickly calm and entertain the child. The illustrations will be bright, colorful and will depict events that the child can relate to easily. Squirmy Wormy starts out with a baby sleeping and follows them through eating, getting dressed, crawling, standing, napping, bath time and playtime. The use of rhyme throughout the story introduces new simple words to the child’s vocabulary while re-enforcing common words already known to the child.
