Who knew that without nerves you could still feel so much? All the shaking may be instinct, but it is still a way to hold on to that desire to feel. I wish the wind were the only thing I could feel. However, it’s not, all I feel now is pain, desperation, and disgust. You’re probably wondering who this Debby Downer is. My name is Brianna Moreno. My already there curves will never strain another size 5 pair of jeans again! No, I’m not a vampire. I wish my situation was that wonderful. I’m dead, not the living dead. The Ghost, walking through walls kind of shit dead. I’ve only mastered slipping through walls, which really takes no practice at all. You simply put one foot in front of the other as if you were walking down the street, and you pass through the wall. No problem at all. The land of the dead has only been known to me for about two weeks so, I haven’t had enough time to practice all the really cool stuff ghost can do. Trust me, I’ve been working on moving objects, being seen, and possibly taking possession of someone’s body just to experience what it feels like to be alive again. These tricks are a lot harder than they seem, let me tell you! I’m not really sure all of them even exist. I usually go down to the park in my neighborhood to practice my ghostly talents; the park where I died. You would think I would avoid that place like a woman on a diet avoids cake, but it brings me some peace. The mostly quiet park brings back precious memories of when my father and mother would bundle me up in the cold Atlanta winter air and toss a ball around with me for a bit of exercise even though they were freezing their asses off. Night is my favorite time to go to the park because I know I can’t frighten anyone if I accidentally appear (I’mnot sure if that’s possible, but better to be safe than to make someone believe they’ve lost their mind). There are ghosts who relish the thought of terrorizing the people who are lucky enough to live to old age. I don’t see the point, rarely are the people they haunt at fault for snatching away their mortal coil. I’m happy for them. I really am; no one should be murdered like I was by some narcissistic son of a bitch.

This Book Scared My Hair & I Still Want More,
This book was so good I couldn't put it down, but that was also because I was so scared I was gripping my e-reader too tightly. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. This book is certain to be a cult classic Horror. I can't wait to read more from this author.

Gave me nightmares!

Brianna is a young woman that is murdered by a serial killer named Brian. Her spirit does not pass on and she is left to roam the earth as a ghost. She soon finds out that the man that killed her plans to come after her sister next. With the help of Brian's other victims, Brianna will learn some new tricks to kill the man that caused her such pain.

Let me start off by telling you how I came to review this novella. I posted on my page that I was looking for a book that would scare the crap out of me. One of my readers suggested this one and the author offered to send it to me in exchange for a review. I'm glad she reached out because Good Ghost Gone Bad gave me NIGHTMARES. No lie! I had 2 nightmares this week about being murdered. So not cool!

What I liked: Brianna is a very strong person and she does what she sets out to do. There's a hot ghost guy thrown into the mix and it adds a slight bit of heat to the story. Not much, but it was done right. This book scared the mess out of me. I love my horror books to be somewhat gore-y and Janiera delivered that. You should have seen that look on my face while reading the end of the book. It was truly horrifying.

What I didn't like: The story was predictable but it didn't mean I didn't enjoy it. I would have wished for a bigger twist and maybe make it a little longer.

I would definitely recommend this book if your are looking for a quick horror read.
