Against this high profile backdrop that Detective Breeze is lured into a web of deceit of a mysterious serial killer, she is drawn into the worldwide ministry of famed Pastor Shawn Graves and within a landscape of wealth, power and influence A gaming investigator of the NSA, Virginia Breeze is sent in undercover at the Saint Louis Police Department after a number of people living within the same zip code began winning million dollar lottery jackpots.
Detective Breeze’s investigation leads her to St. Louis after she discovers all of the winners belong to the same world renowned Mega Church, Spirit Temple Pentecostal Christian Church. One Monday morning, Deacon Ray Murdock is found floating dead in the baptismal pool.
Rumors and gossip start flying about a winning lottery ticket in the collection plate after the body of Ray Murdock is stolen from the funeral home. Among the major suspects, Pastor Shawn Graves and Evangelist, the Junkyard Prophet.
Days later, church Employees, twins, Jade and Shatoya Quinn arrive at church one Monday morning and discover the body of Ray Murdock sitting on the front pew of the church holding the winning Lottery ticket. The twins decide to take the ticket and turn off the video surveillance equipment in the church and leave the church with the ticket. But before they could cash in the ticket someone attempted to run them off the highway and kill them.
Virginia questions the girls, after they had recovered from their coma; Jade Quinn told Virginia they had stolen the ticket from the dead-man, Ray Murdock.
