Good at Any Age
Love Styles is one of those books that should be read and left on the shelf for long-term reference. The focus of the book is recognizing how getting along with a partner requires both sides of the relationship to be active participants. Dating, engaged, newlywed, zero anniversary or just looking at the road ahead means that things get remembered but also need to be refreshed. Book is filled with exercises - individual and joint - that will help you with the exploration of how to make any relationship better.

Tina recommended Friendship Factor
Tina seeks to help you to figure out what you want and need out of your relationships and to communicate that to your partners, plus help you recognize and learn the same from your partner. And then you need to use that knowledge, every day. The book contains her explanation and then (most of the volume) many exercises for you to do (some with your partner). I found the book really opened my eyes. On her web site, Tina recommended Friendship Factor, by Mcginnis, and I found that its explanation complements Love Styles. One nit: parts of my Kindle copy of Love Styles are edited carelessly; I can understand her just the same.

I have Love Styles on my bedside table
I have Love Styles on my bedside table...I thoroughly enjoyed it and often find myself thumbing through this wonderfully written self help book. I have never read a book on this subject laid out so beautifully. Excellent reference book.
