This storyline had me from the jump. I could relate to Betty-B. I was glad she found someone to love her and not hold her past against her. I hate what happened to Shawn. This is definitely a must-read. it teaches you about love, betrayal, and what kids go through when dealing with drug addicted parents. I wanted so much for Wanda to get what she deserves. Can't wait to see what happens in the next part. You know what they say "Karma is a B".

You know I don't really find too many books that matches my lifestyle or should I say growing up...You see this books takes me back to my childhood and I love reading books like this because it helps me to get over some of the things that I went through....Betty was a bad mamma jamma the way they describe her she was was like sex appeal everywhere. Ericka you did your thing with this book...

Great Read. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. I like the way that Betty-B took it upon herself to raise her sister when her triflin mom wouldn't. It was great that she found love and he never judged her and immediately made sure that her and her sister where taken care of. I did not like Steel and was glad that he got what he deserved. Ericka Stafford great book.
