I was worried. Unfortunately, I didn't doubt that Maurice had convincing footage of me with Ron. I was attracted to Ron and there were times when I felt like I didn't do a very good job of hiding my barely concealed lust. I finally stopped my pacing and went down to my car. I had decided I was going to Jorge's house, surely he would be home by now. I thought it was important that I speak to Jorge before Maurice did, I had the feeling that Jorge's house would be Maurice's second stop of the evening. I was feeling guilty, I had no doubt that Maurice had caught some rather "special" moments on tape, but I refused to be blackmailed. I figured the best thing to do would be go straight to Jorge and fess up. If he wanted to fire me, then so be it. I would never submit to Maurice's threats, anyway. How could I be certain that he would have destroyed the tapes, even if I slept with him? I cursed myself for being so naive.

Okay this book was just plain fun! If you want a romance aimed at us older gals, (over 40) this is it. Don't let all those youngsters have all the fun!

When her husband unexpectedly announces he wants a divorce, Lane Jensen is shocked. She wants to curl up in a ball and die, but does she? No! Like all strong women she knows there is something better out there and where better a place to find it? Hollywood!

I don't want to give away too many delicious details about this book, but let's just say it may be impossible to lay low in Hollywood and believe me, that's the way we like it!

This should be at the very top of your "to read" list for 2015. Five stars worth of fun! (

I just finished this book and I loved it! Forty somethings tend to get ignored in the romance world and this is perfect. Lane Jensen feels as if her life has been destroyed, her cheating husband has left her and wants a divorce and her professional career has also had a minor hiccup. Lane agrees to take a position on a new reality TV show which I can only describe as "Dancing with the Stars" meets "Stars on Ice". She is immediately attracted to her gorgeous co-star, Ron Brannon, who I can only describe as "yummy". One small problem, he's married. The show's producers warn Lane to stay away from Ron, they don't want their new show surrounded by scandal.

This book takes Lane through the ups and downs of having a camera following your every move while working on a reality TV show and the stresses of the competition. Not to mention the barely concealed passion for a man she has been told she cannot pursue, throw in a fake boyfriend and a blackmailing cameraman and you have a deliciously scandalous summer read!!!
