Our River of Life is written to enhance the lives of those who may not know how to look at themselves positively, who tend to give others more than they are willing to, and it is a journey down a River with symbolic ties to nature.  

 There are two birds who are along for the ride and they battle for the reader to be more integrated with either one of them. The book gives revelation to the reader in the form of gifted words just for them from a wonderful and interested Inner Guide/Creator named King Fisher who just so happens to be a bird.  The adversary is a bad critic who wants to also feed the reader's ego in the form of another bird named, Crow Caw.  

While being symbolically universally appealing, the book is really meant for those who do not know themselves enough.  This book may not be for everyone but it speaks to those who have been known to say yes to almost everyone, or otherwise known as compassionate givers.  It is inspirational as it is spiritual and it is also a book for providing tools to someone who needs to improve themselves inwardly.
