Do note, that all the pages have been written simply to thicken the book and give it some substance. If you are truly interested in preparing a budget, simply turn to the heading Monthly Expenditure Control. I cannot give you the page number, because the book is an eBook, and the page number changes every time I correct the book, mainly when readers offer suggestions.
Finally, do note that the best way to become a millionaire simply and quickly, is to live in a shoebox in a neighbour’s back yard, or if you live in Vancouver, Canada, buy a house. Prices of houses have increased logarithmically because of the invasion of immigrants, some of whom come with huge bank accounts. They buy a home at a very high price, demolish it and build a palace.
Two friends I made, both American, came to Vancouver in 2006, one as a lecturer at a University and the other as Headmaster of a private school. Both bought houses in Vancouver in the $600,000 range. Five years later, they both sold their house for $2.3 million plus. Returning to the United States of America, they each bought a house for approximately $100,000, one in Miami and the other in Phoenix. Naturally, they both retired into boredom, but man o’ man, are they are enjoying it.
