The uncaring and brutal city of Blackchapel provides little in the way of shelter for its downtrodden - and often totally destitute - residents who find themselves forced to live there. A forty-year old man, Carl, is trying to get by as best as he can in the harsh and selfish environment that shrouds the city, leading a quiet and unassuming life in one of its decaying tower-blocks. However, Carl's life is turned inside-out when he finds himself unexpectedly and savagely 'crossing the line', and committing the unspeakable...
