I love my son and grandsons that are a insprition for what I write.
Jerry was born in Frankfurt, Germany on July 4, 1955.
He lived in Germany for 11 years while
his dad served in the U S Army.
He met and married his wife in 1975 and has 1 son
and 3 grandson`s Jackson 1, Gage 4, and
Logan 6, that is a great insprition for much of his
poetry, Additionally, his poems are inspired
by things he has seen, places he has been, and
people he has met. Jerry finds
the world new`s, the way time`s are changing,
and how parent`s are treating their children,
so hard to understand.
His interest`s outside of spending time with his
grandson`s are the outdoors, nature and doing
photography.
Jerry is working on a series of children books
which will be available soon.
Life`s Memories
The poetry within this book speaks of,
The innocence of children,
the hardship a person endures during
the course of their life.
Reliving the memories, of life
and times that have passed.
A persons inner most thought`s.
Seeing what people are
doing to nature, and watching wildlife
suffer from what
progress is taking from them and
their habitat.
Now it seems we can only hope for the future,
as we rest somewhat uneasy, and pray for
what time will bring to

Mom`s Watching
With a skinned up
knee and a runny
little nose, a shoe
lace untied and
mud on his clothes.
He sits on the porch
with a puppy at his side,
eating a sandwich
he is trying to hide.
His days are filled
with adventure and
cheer and at the age
of five he hasn`t any fear.
With his super hero cape
and a tricycle to ride,
he hurry`s to the hedge
where the bad guys hide.
Mom is watching from
the back porch door,
to cherish this
moment, and all that
came before.
She knows that too soon,
these days will come to
an end. But she will have
precious memories,
and relive them again
