Project You: Living A Determined Life takes a holistic approach to life and personal self development, covering seven key elements of life: personal life, professional life, family life, mental and emotional life, health and fitness life, spiritual life, and one's interconnected life.

The book shows how a life devoted and driven by a journey of self development, not only for personal and selfish reasons but to also advance the progress of humanity, creates the opportunity for anyone to Live A Determined Life.

This book also aims to help readers chart their own Determined Life paths and help them grow personally, professionally and spiritually throughout their own Project You Life Journeys.

Excerpt

The Project You Life Journey is about looking inward and asking two critical and illuminating questions of yourself:

What am I doing with the rest of my life?

What can I do to ensure the world will be better off after me?

So, if someone asked you today "what are you doing with your life?" how would you respond?

Project You: Living A Determined Life will help you answer these two questions.

Professional Reviews

What an absolute gift!
What an absolute gift! The Project You Life Journey came at the perfect time for me, at one of those personal and professional life junctions.

The book covers various aspects of a deliberate and conscious life path:
personal, professional, family, health/fitness, mental/emotional, spiritual, and our interconnected life. I found the chapters on the spiritual life and committed, intimate relationships (and the various aspects of those
relationships) particularly helpful. Those chapters---and their pragmatic guidance---really resonated with me.

This guidebook is filled with inspirational quotes from international writers and philosophers---you can read it straight through as a road map, or you can pick up bits here and there for inspiration and refocusing. I found it inspirational, but at the same time practical, and look forward to sharing it with friends and family.

Live the life you were destined for...
Project You: Living a Determined Life isn’t the typical self-help book. It’s so much more. Finding your life’s purpose isn’t an easy thing for the vast majority of us. It takes work. You have to be firing on all cylinders in order to live the life you were destined for. The book analyzes seven key elements of life, ranging from professional and family to spiritual and emotional and is a perfect tool to looking inward at self and allowing for the necessary adjustments.

I’ve read my share in the self-help genre and have been able to take some useful information from each work. What makes this particular one unique is its breadth of scope. It’s strength is its view of the big picture. I enjoyed it because it’s definitely an excellent read!

Project You
Project You is a self-help book that give you an opportunity to examine all aspects of your life, from spiritual to professional. It focuses on 7 aspects: Personal, Professional, Family, Mental/Emotional, Health/Fitness, Spiritual and Interconnected. It’s a great resource for examining your being and make the adjustments necessary for a fulfilled life.

I’ve read many books with a similar objective, but this one is by far, the most comprehensive. It’s organized in such a way that the work can be broken up into manageable tasks. I gave this book 5 stars because I found a lot of value in the material and would highly recommend to any reader in the process of evaluating their daily life.
