Do like music? Do you play an instrument?

The author, Ayala Saar, has written a lovely book about a young lad named Jack. Jack was very talented, and he was able to play the guitar, the piano and the trombone. However, Jack liked to play by himself. His parents often suggested that he play for other people but Jack always refused. One day, Jack's father fell ill and had to go to the hospital. Jack was very sad, but then he had an idea. He put together some tunes and recorded them, and then he brought them to the hospital for his father to enjoy. These tunes made his father feel so much better, and his father came home. Jack started playing for people who came to visit his home. When you read this book, you will understand exactly what happened.

Parents/teachers will enjoy reading this book to their children. The children will love this story. Most children like music a great deal. The author also wrote this music in rhyme, and that is the kind of book everyone enjoys reading. The illustrations by Fatima Stomato,are bright, vivid and colorful. They depict the adventures of Jack and his musical instruments. I liked this story a lot, the introduction of music is a wonderful way to learn.

The now seasoned author of children's books Ayala Saar is a certified personal and business coach. She also has an MBA-specializing in organizational management from Israel's Ono Academic College. Her career since graduation has been spent working in management and in motivating people to fulfill themselves. In recent years she is also volunteers as a lecturer on professional and personal empowerment. This is her fifth book in a very successful series and this time her book is illustrated by Fatima Stamato.

In Ayala’s charming rhyming verse she invites s to a group of people enjoying music coming form behind an almost closed door – the music of young Jack who plays piano, guitar, trombone and writes his own music. Everyone praises Jack’s talent but Jack simply wants to enjoy his music with the fame of becoming famous. ‘Jack didn’t use words to show what’s in his heart. Instead he expressed his feelings through art. The notes were his letters; the chords were his words. The melody was how he spoke to the world.

Despite his parent’s urgings that he play for the people in the town, Jack simply wants to be alone with his music. One day Jack’s father becomes ill and Jack writes and records music and places the recorded music so that his father could hear and get well. Seeing how significant Jack’s music could be, Jack begins to play for the elderly and the townspeople and brings them joy. He learns how to share his gifts.

A lovely story, beautifully told and illustrated, with a strong message about sharing special gifts with other. And another fine children’s book form Ayala Saar. Grady Harp, June 15

There is always a positive message for children and parents; The book is exciting and has great illustrations.
Your child and you would love this book very much.
