Silent But Thoughtful Addiction No More?
Absolutely loved this book! It was not a negative book, even with the subject matter being one of distrust, secrets, and whether you can survive such an illness. It is well-written and an easy read. The characters are well thought out and easy to visualize. It is great for those of us who believe in God and the power of prayer. It is a testimony of strength and courage holding fast to the sanctity of marriage. Even though I know of no one who gambles or am a gambler myself, I found introspective with other facets of my life. Find a quiet time to read this book, give yourself a few hours and enjoy. The author does an excellent job of making you an interested participant in the lives of these folks. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and the price is a steal! I will be looking for other works by this author.

Fast paged page turner - great book to share with your mother or your daughter. With every chapter I felt the concern of Blake's family growing. Addiction is a unfortunate disease that affects someone we know in our life time and this opens your eyes to the fears they face and the solutions available. Great Read!!!

A fast, paced, page turner. The book is fictional but the characters bring to light a problem that very few people think about--gambling addiction. Although the book is fictional, it's a subject worth discussing. With so many states legalizing gambling, the problem is probably bigger than anyone can imagine.
