I agree that procrastination is one of my big problems. I want to do something but I ended up doing something else. I don’t know how to stop procrastinating. I did a research and luckily, I saw this book. There are lots of information and ideas in this book, which I only know for the first time. I learned some reasons why we procrastinate and I admit that is all me. This book taught me how to get over procrastination. I learned to aim higher than my planned goals in life. I also learned that I need to have positive daily routines and habits in life. I understand what to prioritize in my life now. I will try all the tips in this book.

Motivation comes from within
After reading this book, I created a post-it in my room to remind me that my life has a meaning and I know that the motivation comes from within. First, I listed down the things that is not helping me. Second, I listed down the things that is making me feel uncomfortable. Third, I planned how will I overcome those things. Fourth, I looked for motivation,listed down what makes me happy. Fifth, start changing myself on how to be well organized and responsible in all the things that I do and most of all, I discplined myself to be better than yesterday.
