4. Hard Keys:
a. Means you have too many symbols between other sentences (Page Breaks). We get them from hitting the Enter key too often.
b. You will automatically see all the page breaks in your document where they do not belong.
c. To get them out, click at the top of the first sentence on that page. DO NOT DOUBLE CLICK or headers and footers will come up. Place the curser at the top of the page and hit Page Break, and it should take them out.
d. It is a process you may have to repeat numerous time, unless you catch on faster than me!
