Where was this book when I was 13, 18, 21, 27, 43 and last month???? Magdalen Bowyer's "Love Is" will make you cry the good cry. It should be required reading for humans. It's that good. Deep breath. I think I'll read it again tonight ; ) The illustrations by Joan Trinh Pham partner with and bring the text to life so well. A delight all around! A handbook on being human, in the guise of a cartoon. Reminiscent of wisdom and art as expressed in 1970's.
