It was written to be helpful to novice or advanced web developers and managers. Created to be a concise brief introduction, it includes many references and links allowing the reader to dig deeper and to learn more.
The first part of the book presents the history, evolution, and some technical details of the 5 main areas of web coding:

● JavaScript
It includes examples and many links to standards, tutorials, and more detailed information.
The second part of the book presents the evolution of some of the underlying technologies which led to the development the cloud. These include

● machine virtualization
Finally, the book presents some insights on the future and what we may see next in the continuing evolution of The Web.

From your brief background information, you certainly have the experience to write a book like this. I won't be reading it because I never got into high-level languages like my brother and I'm concentrating in retirement on being the best short story writer and novelist that I can be rather than the technical aspects of running my website and doing fantastic things like you have done with software and hardware.
I read all the time, "I don't know computers," from people that are here on this website who are trying to get their work published or on the Internet. I think a book like yours could help them understand better how the Internet works and why computers do what they do for people. Never too late to learn.
